Christmas
is celebrated every year in the 25th day of December. It is the
season when the happiest moments in our lives happen. Maybe for the gifts that
we have received from our parents, relatives, friends, etc. But it is not the
gift that matters on Christmas. The saying “It’s better to give that to receive” proves that statement. So, what is really the essence
of Christmas?
There
are so many things that bring joy in Christmas because we are celebrating the
birth of the child who saved our lives. Every one of us must give love to each
other just like the love that Jesus Christ has given to us. No matter how bad
things a person has done to you, you need to give a chance for him to correct
his mistakes. We must forgive and forget. I think that many other things are
also the essence of Christmas, but as for me, love is the true essence of
Christmas.
Jesus
Christ is our God and he sacrificed his life just to save us. He wished that
every man in this world would be changed for the better. Christmas is the
perfect time to thank Jesus and give back the things that he did for us. Let’s
give love on Christmas day so that we will have a happy life.
